Commonwealth Real Estates Services (CRES), founded in 1984, is the leading property management company in Oregon and Washington for manufactured housing communities. Commonwealth brings over three decades of property management experience and knowledge to all types of real estate properties they manage. Commonwealth is the leader in multi-family property management and we currently service a large and diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
