We provide on-going training for our employees so they are properly equipped to handle the day-to-day duties of their job; in addition, we are always just a phone call away to provide that additional helping hand when needed.
Besides our expertise in all multi-family and commercial property management, Commonwealth is the Pacific Northwest’s leader in Manufactured Home Park management. We are a forward thinking company that thrives on the challenges that property management offers. As a company we utilize technology in all aspects of our business from web-based accounting software to check scanners that deposit money directly into the bank without the need for someone to physically visit the bank.
