Both of us — you the resident, and the staff of Commonwealth — have certain obligations and responsibilities. We are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and secure environment in which you can enjoy living, and you are responsible for assisting us in that endeavor by maintaining the individual property entrusted to your care. Should you ever observe a condition that warrants attention, please address it with your on-site manager.

Our regular business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday and every member of our staff is always happy to assist you.
